The Camm-Coater™ is a two component meter-mix-dispense system designed to properly proportion, blend and dispense low to medium viscosity two component polymers. Available in 1:1 and 2:1 ratio configurations, the Camm-Coater™ can be used with standard static mixers and the new fully disposable spray static mixers (HSS), in a variety of applications including coating, potting, encapsulating, bonding, sealing, filling, doming, foam applications, concrete repair, pipe repair, crack filling and concrete saw-cut filling. The Camm-Coater™ is especially suited for spray applications, as it is less costly, easier to operate and easier to maintain than traditional spray systems.
The Camm-Coater™ is a complete self-contained meter-mix-dispense system with integrated feed system and is comprised of:

- Heavy duty guided cylinder drive unit
- Two single acting, gravity fed, precision metering pumps with check valves
- Cap containing air logics and controls
- Two reservoirs
- Dual component air-actuated dispense valve with integral mixer manifold
- Two stainless steel braid, TFE lined dispense hoses (3/8 dia x 6')

A variety of reservoir options are available including 1-gallon plastic (standard), 5-gallon Polyethylene, 5-gallon Stainless Steel and 55-gallon drum.
