Hi-Stik Construction Adhesive is a solvent free adhesive, no V.O.C. or H.A.P. The substrates must maintain contact pressure between parts for bonding. Production of sandwich elements based on wood, cement and other porous substrates that contain moisture, or with metals and synthetic materials.

| Curing: | Initial strength after 30 to 60 minutes, final strength after 24 hours at 25C and 50% relative humidity. It is possible to reduce curing if temperature and humidity are increased or misted with specific quantities of water. Application of a water mist to adhesive may be necessary to assure uniform cure conditions. |
Cleaning:
Solvents
like acetone, ethyl acetate or chlorinated solvents should be used to
clean apparatus. Do not use water or alcohol or a cleaning solvent. Cured
adhesive can only be removed by mechanical means.
Storage:
Tubes
should be stored in a cool, dry atmosphere. Storage life is at least 6
months in original unopened package. Once opened, adhesive must be used
immediately. Humid air initiates the curing process.
